Only participants who register for the main meeting as Delegate, can register to attend the Post Graduate course.

Terms & Conditions
- Registration fee is inclusive of all taxes, as applicable presently.
- The amount mentioned above does not include any travel, accommodation, airport transfers or insurance costs.
- Registration is confirmed only after the receipt of full payment and will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
- Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scientific sessions.
- Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail once the payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
- You may send the cancellation requests to admin@apdw2019.com on or before 31st October, 2019.
- Refunds (including Post Graduate Course) will be processed within 45 days after the end of the conference.
- Up to 31st October, 2019 - 50% of the registration fee
- 01st November, 2019 onwards - No refund
- All bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administration fees/ Taxes will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
